Parstel is a service that lets you make and receive free voice and video calls to other subscribers; and also to make calls to traditional phones worldwide at great rates. Parstel uses your internet connection and can be used by installing our softphone on your computer or purchasing an IP phone or a telephone adapter to place calls using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).

We do also provide you Australia or International numbers (known as DID Numbers) to be assigned on your account. If you have family or friends living in other countries, Parstel will let you have a number from those countries and to receive their calls on your DID number.

We also offer you great rate to call worldwide to any fixed or mobile phone.

To start enjoying PARSTEL Service, you will need:

• A broadband Internet connection such as cable or DSL
• A PARSTEL Free Account
• Download our free soft-phone from here or use a VOIP equipment such as Phone Adapter, IP or Video Phone
• Top-up your account or subscrive to a DID number, calling plan

What can I do with my Parstel account?

• Make and receive voice and video calls (Video is only available when both parties use Video Phone)
• Receive faxes in your email (You must purcahse a DID number to use this feature)
• Send SMS from your account.
• Use your Parstel account as a Calling Card.
• Use Click2Call from your account.

Attention!: Parstel Can't be used for emergency calls.
